  • Fee: First person ¥44,000, each additional person + ¥15,400

Course Booking Guidelines & Notes

  1. Fee Scope: Lesson fees do not include lift tickets, ski/snowboard equipment (boards, boots), or personal protective gear (helmets, goggles, etc.).

  2. Beginner Tip: Beginners should decide whether to purchase a lift ticket on the day of the lesson based on the instructor’s professional assessment and advice.

  3. Peace of Mind: All lesson fees already include tax and accident insurance.

  4. Instructor Arrangement: For consecutive or multi-day bookings, the school will prioritize assigning the same instructor throughout. However, if that instructor’s specific time slot has already been booked in advance, we will arrange another equally qualified instructor to continue the lessons. We appreciate your understanding.

  5. Special Request Service: If you wish to request a specific instructor, a preferred gender, or an instructor with advanced qualifications and high-level certifications, an additional exclusive request fee of ¥5,500 per day will apply.

  6. Peak Season Surcharge: During the following peak periods, an additional surcharge will apply:

    • Full-day: ¥8,800 per day

    • Half-day: ¥4,400 per day

    Peak Periods:

    • New Year Holiday: 20 December 2026 – 3 January 2027

    • Chinese New Year Holiday: 30 January 2027 – 10 February 2027

Sapporo Teine Private Snowboard & Ski Lessons (max. 4 people)

Available in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, or Japanese.

Half-day Lesson (2.5 hours)

  • Fee: ¥44,000 for the first person, + ¥7,700 for each additional person

Full-day Lesson (6 hours, including 1-hour lunch break)

  • Fee: ¥66,000 for the first person, + ¥7,700 for each additional person

Night Lesson (2 hours)

  • Fee: ¥44,000 for the first person, + ¥7,700 for each additional person

Course Booking Notes & Important Information

  1. What’s Included / Not Included
    Course fees do not include lift tickets, ski/snowboard equipment (boards/skis, boots), or personal protective gear (helmet, goggles, etc.).

Atsufumi Mizuno Snowboard Private Advanced Technique Instruction (max. 4 people)

(English / Japanese instruction)

Half-day Lesson (2.5 hours)

  • Fee: First person ¥55,000, each additional person + ¥15,400

Full-day Lesson (6 hours, including 1-hour lunch break)

  • Fee: First person ¥99,000, each additional person + ¥15,400

Note: Intermediate-level riding skills are required to book this service.

Private Backcountry Snowboard Guiding

(max. 4 people)

(English / Japanese instruction)

Full-day Lesson (6 hours, including 1-hour lunch break)

  • Fee: First person ¥99,000, each additional person + ¥15,400

Note: This service requires the ability to handle backcountry riding. Participants must bring their own powder snowboard and avalanche rescue equipment.

  • No refunds or changes are allowed after booking.

Notes:

  • The school has purchased additional accident insurance from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance for every student to provide greater peace of mind during lessons. Coverage details are as follows:

  • Injury:

    1. Death / Permanent Disability: ¥1,500,000

    2. Daily Hospital Benefit: ¥2,000

    3. Daily Outpatient Benefit: ¥1,000

  • Liability Coverage: ¥200,000,000

  • Skiing is a high-risk activity. We strongly recommend that students purchase additional personal travel insurance.

  • If, before the lesson, the school or instructor considers the conditions unsuitable due to traffic, weather, or safety concerns, or if the ski resort is closed, we will notify you to reschedule or cancel the lesson. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued after deducting an 8% administrative fee (covering payment system charges and administrative costs).

  • If a student abandons the lesson midway, no refund will be provided.

  • If the lesson has to be terminated midway due to weather conditions or temporary closure of the ski resort for safety reasons, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

  • The school shall not be held responsible or liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations of the student’s itinerary caused by force majeure (including personal health issues, transportation problems, blizzards, or severe weather).

  • In the event of an accident caused by force majeure resulting in loss of property, physical injury, or even death, the school and instructors shall not assume liability, but will make every effort to coordinate and assist in resolving the matter.
