Booking Inquiry

Email Reply

After matching you with an available instructor, a confirmation email will be sent to you.​

Payment

  • Please make payment via the online payment link provided in the confirmation email.

  • We accept PayPal / credit card payments.

  • Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Booking Confirmation Notice

  • After receiving payment, we will send a booking confirmation notice and the insurance coverage & liability waiver form by email.

  • Please complete all participants’ personal information on the insurance coverage & liability waiver form and return it to us electronically.
